Matrix : AIL 1360-2B / 1361-2B
This scarce UK 1st press is on the the red and silver London label. It is complete with the very earliest AIL 1360-2B / 1361-2B matrix and the original laminated flipback sleeve.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. It has a sensational gloss, there is no whitening or signs of wear to the grooves, there are just a couple extremely light wispy marks on both sides. The original London label is exceptionally bright and completely clean. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is sharp and there is only slight spindle wear and just a couple of faint spider marks.
The sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is exceptionally rich and warm. Superb clarity and audio separation from start to finish. Just a few moments of very light background noise but certainly nothing that spoils the enjoyment of this album at any point. It is in sensational condition.
The laminated sleeve is in Very Good condition. The laminate has a glossy, mirrored finish. The white is bright, the pink is bold and the text is sharp. There is some tape on the edges and the rear of the sleeve has light ring wear. It is however still clean and bright and the sleeve is solid.
