LOW start!.....NO Reserve!.....NO high priced ‘Buy It Now’.
ORIGINAL US issue. …..NOT a Japanese or foreign issue……NOT a repressing. A US copy from 1957 imported to UK and with import stamp on the label. White Riverside label and in thick unlaminated card sleeve.
Record is near excellent. Few mega-feint paper lines, plays fine. Sleeve has no splits or writing.
A Riverside classic with the big sax sound of Benny Golson teamed with JJ Johnson’s trombone and Kenny Dorham on trumpet. Wynton,Paul and Max complete the sextet. Three tunes by Benny, two by Gigi Gryce and a standard. Sadly all except Benny have now gone to that big gig in the sky.
