Description

Artist:  BETTY CARTER

Title:   “Out There with Betty Carter”

Label:   Peacock’s Progressive Jazz.  Mono pressing on thick vinyl, with deep groove.  Label is blue with silver text.  Catalog number is LP 90.

Condition:

DISC:  EXCELLENT with 100% of original gloss.  Appears to have been played sparingly, and handled with care.  Labels are clean.  Fidelity is excellent, save for a bit of very slight underlying surface noise owing to the substandard grade of vinyl used in the manufacturing process.  Overall a very fine disc you will never need to upgrade.

JACKET:   Jacket is VG with clean bright front artwork.   Reverse has darkened slightly due to age, and has some shelf wear and staining in a couple places on reverse (see photos).  Top seam has chipping across it.  Not perfect, but certainly presentable to accompany the nice disc.
