Lovely original UK Action copy of this superb New Orleans double-sider. "Trouble With My Lover" is a pounding, pulsating, gritty uptempo dancer with a slight funk edge. "Ride Your Pony" is Betty's take on the Lee Dorsey classic, it's hard to beat the original but she comes pretty damn close. This 45 is an all-time fave of mine!
