BIG BIG TRAIN GRAND TOUR Vinyl 2LP 2019 New, Mint & Sealed with DOWNLOAD CODE

Big Big Train

Grand Tour

Multiple Prog Award winners Big Big Train return with their magnificent 2019 release, on double 180g vinyl in gatefold packaging, with Sarah Louise Ewing’s beautiful artwork throughout a 24-page booklet.

This copy is brand new, unplayed, and in sealed, MINT condition. It is the black vinyl version.

It also comes with an unused DOWNLOAD CODE,which can be taken in a large choice of standard and hi-def formats from Bandcamp. The code is on the label on front of the cover (I have “fuzzed" it in the photo for obvious reasons).

Inspired by the 17th and 18th century custom of the Grand Tour, where young men and women travelled to broaden the mind, Big Big Train’s 2019 album features nine songs set in distant lands and beyond.   ‘There are songs inspired by the legacy of the Italian Renaissance genius, Leonardo da Vinci; songs telling the story of the rise and fall of Rome; of the beautiful mosaics of Ravenna, and of the shipwreck of a great poet, lost in a tempest off the coast of Italy. Along the way, the story of mankind’s greatest ever journey is told.’  - Nick D’Virgilio   ‘Grand Tour is a celebration of the human experience, of science and art, and of what it means to be alive.’ - David Longdon   The Grand Tour is an epic journey over land and sea and through time and space.

From my personal collection, bought for me new on release as a duplicated present, and never used .

All photos are of the actual item which is for sale, no stock photos.

I ship all records in professional mailers, in bubble wrap, and with a stiffener board. The record is wrapped outside the sleeve to prevent any slitting in transit.

I have sold hundreds of records from my collection on eBay -please see my feedback confirming the great condition of my records and the accuracy of my grading!

From a smoke-free home. I grade records in line with the Record Collector Grading System, as follows (with the exception that I will never describe a used record as Mint, so I use "Near Mint" for used records which otherwise meet the "Mint" criteria):

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

Many thanks for looking.
