Description
Big Bill Broonzy---"Big Bill Blues"---Original UK 1st Pressed Mono Album In VG Condition On The Vogue Label---1B and 1B From 1957---Previously In The Blues Collection Of Whitesnake's Bernie Marsden
This is a UK copy from 1957 in stereo on the Vogue label, cat. no. LAE 12009 with matrices 1B and 1B.
Vinyl: VG. The vinyl is in lovely looking condition with a great shine and just a few light marks. Side 1 plays with some ticks in a few places but the music is very quiet compared to the voice. Side 2 is much better with less ticks and a little surface noise in places. This has some amazing songs released just a year before Big Bill died.
Labels: EX. The labels are in great condition with no markings. There is quite a lot of spindle wear.
Sleeve: VG. The laminated flipback sleeve is in solid condition but has that normal limpness of sleeves in the 50's. It has heavy edge and corner wear, some staining on the back and a small sticker.
With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
