Description
BIG BILL BROONZY's "Big Bill's Blues" Released in MONO on COLUMBIA RECORDS (WL-111) in 1958. The label is gold with Adventures In Sound on the label (Scan 3). I have 2 other Big Bill LPs up for auction - "Remembering Big Bill" on Mercury (Promo Label) and "The Blues" on Emarcy.
Visually & Play-Graded, the LP is in VERY GOOD PLUS condition appears to have been played moderately, judging by the small number of visible spindle marks on the labels, with a couple of very light surface scratches on each side which leave no obvious noise, as well as some light paper scuffs (Side 2). The music is loud and clear with light surface noise and the occasional light pop. Quite nice listening!
The Cover is in GOOD - VERY GOOD condition with Medium-Heavy Wear to the Front and Back, Corners rounded, while the Seams show Heavy wear with tape on the top and bottom seams (Seen in scan 2 at top) and some semi-splits and splits where there is no tape. The original inner sleeve is included - intact with some side splits.
