Description
BIG BLACK Headache 12" + Heartbeat 7" on maroon vinyl in sealed BODY BAG Includes a booklet with writing, photo, and artwork printed on textured paper, plus a large poster
Extremely rare 1987 Touch And Go Records limited edition release of Steve Albini's early project.
From Discogs: "Limited edition of this release features photo of a person who committed suicide using a shotgun; due to the graphic nature of the photos the EP was released with a covering black jacket - which was actually made from body bag vinyl. Front of bag has silver foil Big Black logo sticker. Includes a booklet with writing, photo and artwork printed on textured paper. Also includes a large poster."
From Wikipedia: "Headache is the fourth EP by American post-hardcore band Big Black. The record generated some controversy due to a cover photograph of a shotgun suicide victim whose head was split in half; it only appeared on a very limited edition of the record and was later replaced with a drawing by Savage Pencil. The identity of the dead man in the original album cover remains unknown."
Condition is BRAND NEW, factory sealed. It's from a personal collection and was purchased on release in 1987. All items will be carefully packaged for safe travel to you.
