BIG BOYS Lullabies Help The Brain Grow 1983 Moment Productions MOM-BB-002 rare punk! Art by TIM KERR produced by SPOT! ONE OWNER. From the collection of Gary X Indiana
A classic! Big Boys raised the bar for hardcore with this! And with horns, too! Owner became acquainted with them in 1982 when the Zero Boys' Hell Tour passed through Austin. This record was purchased in 1983 at Vinyl Fetish in Hollywood (note the price sticker on the shrink wrap). It was played a fair amount early on but has been on the shelf or in a box or in a box in storage most of its life.
Cover = NM. Doggonit! It's better than VG+ or EX. It's been in shrink wrap (which is a little tattered) all these years! NO ringwear, only a slight impression on front. Tiny bit of lower left corner is chafed & slightly bent, ditto lower right corner. Upper right corner, much less. Spine is nice with about 98% of text intact. Top is nice, bottom a little scuffed by the opening. Rear has a slight crease that goes through the song titles on lower right. Some little stress lines. Vinyl = EX. Barely any noise on the intros. Very few marks and only small. Labels are like new (4 little spots that aren't glossy which may be a factory thing). Sounds great! Insert = NM. No spots or tears, still bright. No creases per se, only the slightest of bends. Inlay/inner sleeve: NM. Bright white & no creases or splits.
