I’ve been collecting records since 1957 and it’s now time to pass on these great sounds. There’s lots of Aladdin repros on eBay but this is the 56-year old real deal.
Big "T" Tyler with one of the rarest Rock n’Roll singles and impossible to find on the original white and blue Vogue label complete with Tri-center intact!
My research indicates he was a blues singer from Tyler, Texas, real name is Chris Tyler. Both "King Kong" and "Sadie Green" were written by Tyler himself and recorded on April 25, 1957, and issued on the Aladdin Label in the USA.
For those who like to know the details, backing musicians include Rene Hall on guitar, Earl Palmer on drums, Plas Johnson on tenor sax and his brother Ray Johnson on piano.

Due to an increase in eBay fees I have unfortunately had to increase postage slightly. (But still less that many sellers!) Also, eBay have now added a 9% fee on postage cost. To help buyers I will list auctions with a low start.
This is a Vinyl record. Note that most vinyl will have a little faint 'crackle'. I describe them as best I can but be aware all records may have a very occasional background.
