BILL BERRY & ELLINGTON ALL-STARS For Duke (M & K Realtime RT-101) Audiophile TAS MINT-

Here`s a RARE audiophile direct-to-disc pressing of Bill Berry And The Ellington All-Stars` "For Duke" on M & K Realtime Records (1978). The record was pressed in (West-) Germany, while the cover was printed in the USA.

Listed as "highly recommended" in Harry Pearson/The Absolute Sound`s greatest recordings of all time.

GRADING:

VG++ COVER with a bit of light general wear: Some scuffing along the rear spine, as well as a small water stain (?) to the bottom corner. Please see photos for details.

MINT- RECORD with light general hairlining, mostly from sleeve removal. The record has very sporadic background crackle between some tracks and in a few quiet passages. A small scuff (¾ cm; in "Take The 'A' Train") is completely inaudible.

None of this can however deter from the amazing "in-your-face" audio of this recording that gained it its "highly recommended" status in Harry Pearson of The Absolute Sound`s "must-have" listing.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE $9 TO EUROPE / $13 TO USA AND REST OF THE WORLD

eBay`s maximum mailing cost for the US is predetermined at $4. Obviously, the new pricing system does not foresee foreign sellers listing in the US. However, we cannot possibly ship a record to the US from Europe for this price. Please bid only if you agree with the mailing costs as outlined above.
