Jacket grades as VG+ to EX with light wear to cover front and back. Mainly age wear. The vinyl is clean as it gets with just a few light marks on the label. From the drop of the needle this plays clean and really nice. No pops, ticks, etc. Fidelity is full and sound amazing. You won't be disappointed. NM- on the vinyl. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer original mono.
