This album was originally released in 1956 and was Bill's debut album. This reissue was released in in 2015 and manufactured in Europe. The music was well recorded with excellent mastering. This pressing sounds very good, although there's some surface noise in the way of crackling. It doesn't get too distracting as once the music plays you get lost in Bill's incredible piano playing. Side 2 has a visible manufacturing scuff (see the image close-up) that doesn't affect the sound. There are absolutely no skips on this album. The jacket looks excellent! It has kept me good company for a number of years until I upgraded to an OJC copy.
