Please consider this your official notice, as we will NOT accept any excuses of you not having read this memo. We, and MANY fellow Ebayers have been having much difficulty with the Italian Post and Customs over the past few months. Seemingly, people have been claiming that their packages are not arriving, even though the U.S. Post confirms that they have arrived in Italy. So, either it's a scam, or many more packages are being held up at Customs. Either way, I refuse to pay reimbursement for items the we have receipted proof of  having been shipped. Again, please KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU BID, because there will be NO excuses accepted. No excuses, no exceptions. If you accidentally bid and win, you will be held accountable or suffer the consequences of NPB strikes against your account, and possible suspension. We apologize for this inconvenience and for sounding so curt, but we are tired of being ripped-off and losing money for items we have proved shipped to Italy.

"Israel,Beautiful Love,Elsa,Nardis,How Deep Is The Ocean,Sweet & Lovely," THIS IS FROM MY HUSBAND'S PRIVATE COLLECTION! Cover has small name on back,top left; some tranparent tape on seams,neatly repaired,& is in decent-pretty nice condition. LP has light surface scuffs/hairlines. I spun this entire high energy bop jazz lp this morning on our Dual 1264, and it plays thoroughly & well with surface noise, especially being a quiet lp.

Items are visually graded inder a T-4 halogen lamp, unless otherwise specified. Domestic insurance is optional at $1.75 per $50 of insurance. International insurance is available upon request and will be quoted only for international destinations that do not restrict insurance provisions. Any unrestricted insurable international package weighing over 4.2 lbs. will be sent via PRIORTY airmail international, and automatically insured at NO extra cost. Seller is NOT liable or responsible for any lost,damaged, stolen, or uninsured item(s), be it by restriction of country's uninsurability or  buyer's choice to NOT insure. We are also not liable for Customs delays or Customs duties or taxes. If you file for an unisured or shipped  item not received, and we can prove shipping via a USPS postal shipping receipt, you will no longer be allowed to bid on our items. We are honest, ship ALL paid items, and have receipts to prove it. However, it is NOT our responsibilty to deliver the packages or be held liable for items not received that have been proven shipped.

All VINYL sales are final, unless an item is defective, and proved so on our equipment. We do not refund for a difference in "grading opinion." Defective items must be returned within 30 days of auction end to be eligible for purchase price credit.

This lp is NOT a high energy lp, to correct our description. It is a very quiet lp. It plays thoroughly & well, with surface noise.
