US first pressing thick mono LP with grooved label
Matrix nos: RLP-12-376-A-1 & RLP-12-376-B-1
Original US Riverside mono label.

Record side 1: VG+ (has some surface scratches that do not affect playing)
Record side 2: G+ (some lighter crackle from sightly deeper scratch, record still sounds amazing!)
Sleeve: In very good condition considering the age and rareity of the record. spine has a very small crack with a light bend on the bottom left of the cover.  There is also a very unfortunately coffee or cup stain on the cover
Overall: a very fine representation of a holy grail of a record!
