This auction is for one of several hundred jazz LP's from the '50's-60's I inherited from my grandfather several years ago. He was a collector and 99% of the albums are in "collector's condition". I am not a collector nor a dealer and finally decided to sell everything in the next few months. I know condition is everything and the grading system can be very subjective.  So I think the best way is to described everything on the front and back of the cover and side A and side B of the Lp that makes it not new as when it was purchased. I do not have a suitable record player( $10,000+) to play the LP's, so they were never played nor is my grading based on the sound; only the visual inspection under the sunlight or a 100 watt bulb. I did buy the Goldmine/Neely book to get some idea of value (there are many exceptions and surprises!) but they cost me nothing so my opening bids will be low with NO RESERVE.  Because record condition can be very subjective, I  offer a refund minus shipping if you contact me within 3 days of receiving the LP. If you convince me that I made an error in my description, I will also refund the shipping. I cannot offer any refunds to OVERSEAS Buyers as it will become too complex and costly to do. I am here to offer you something you can appreciate not to rip you off. I have 100% positive feedback. I know there can be variations and deep grove releases that can be mistaken. Condition:

Front Cover: Slight ring ghost in dark area and center.

Back Cover: Four Black electrical tape pieces affixed( WHY?- NO tears or rips underneath!) a 1" vertical pen line and 2 asteriks tiny price tag in right corner.

Edges/Corners: Top right 2" seam split Overall tight but all corners slightly tapped.

Side 1: 2 X 1/8" scuffs, no scratches

Side 2: 1 x 1/8" scuff, no scratches

Side 1: Two 1/8" scuffs;  NOT 2x1/8"!!

Side 2: One 1/8" scuff;   NOT 1x1/8"!!
