1st Pressing France flipback sleeve
Condition (sleeve / record): VG / EX
Rarely seen French ORIGINAL first press of Bill Fay's outstanding debut album.
Record has a few scuffs, no scratches and plays beautifully with no signs of wear.
Decca Nova pastel blue label has little wear from inner sleeve but no spindle marks.
Sleeve has front laminate with minor creasing, spine writing intact and legible. Two pale tape marks to front top left which WILL come of with persistence (I've started but I'll leave the rest to you...) - note that the dark patch on the right bottom corner is part of the photo!
On rear this has a unique flip-back sleeve - the UK copies did not. Laminate intact. Unlaminated rear face has some minor discolouration.
Overall a lovely copy of an incredible album. Sorry to see it go - but I can't justify owning two copies!
