A RARE ORIGINAL MONO LP BY BILLIE HOLIDAY FROM 1956 ON THE U.S. CLEF LABEL # MGC-690 with 12 EXCELLENT SONGS. THIS COLLECTIBLE COVER SHOWS PLENTY OF GLOSS AND LUSTER. THERE IS A SPLIT ON THE BACK SIDE SEAM AND A BIT OF WRITING ON THE BACK ONLY. THIS ONE GRADES AS A VG+ OR BETTER. THE VINYL IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND IT PLAYS WITH QUALITY SOUND FOR A VINTAGE LP OF THIS AGE AND IT GRADES AS A VG++ OR BETTER ALL THE WAY THROUGH. (Book value shows $200 - $300). These collectable LP's are getting hard to find and especially the ones in great condition. This LP is from a large collection of Rock & Roll - Country - Jazz and R&B albums that I have in my personal collection, and it would pay to mark this site as one of your favorites as there will be plenty more to come.
