Description
Here's a one-of-a-kind artifact from the collection of a former LA music industry professional: a test pressing of a highly regarded self-released 1977 LP, with a cover that is autographed and inscribed by the artist himself. Billy C's A Heavy Message To All Of My Daughters And Those Few People Left With Clean Ears was issued on Bill Campbell's own Bee Cee label in early 1977 before being picked up a repressed by Strata East later that year. This is a test pressing of the self-released first pressing. The cover is signed as follows: "To Bill and B.A., Some of the few good feelings. Always, Billy C" (see pic #3 above). It also has a promo timing strip on the back. The cover is in VG+ condition with normal shelf wear and a few tiny discolorations. The vinyl is excellent with some faint sleeve marks visible under bright light. See pics above.
