Additional Info / Comments:
Stunning jamaican modern soul. Nearly every track is a winner!! Some of these songs were released as 45's but here they have different mixes than the 45's and in most cases are longer too. The track "Here and Now" is a 10 minute long Norman Whitfield style psychedlic disco/soul workout that's definitely only found on this LP! Worth the money for this track alone. never heard Jamaican producers sound like this unless it was a cover..
Stevie Wonder style jazz funk track "Cause I Love You".. PERFECT for the dancefloor!! LP version of modern soul classic "Extra Careful".. I had no clue this ever even existed on an lp!!
Please check the extended audio, you might have to download the clip.. divshare seems to stop prematurely with longer files if you don't skip around.
I've NEVER seen this offered for sale before. No info offered online anywhere!! Super rare and an absolutely wonderful example of RARE Jamaican modern soul.
This is an ORIGINAL PRESSING. I do not sell modern reissues or repressings unless noted. Feel free to ask for deadwax info or any other questions.
