COVER CONDITION    Very Good Plus  (VG+ ), The flipback sleeve is in nice condition with some ring, edge and general wear, it also has a 5mm tear to the front opening (fixed).

RECORD CONDITION  Excellent   (EX), the record is in great condition with a couple of light scuffs and has great looking labels

GENERAL COMMENTS  This Australian only ep is getting harder to find in any condition as most are thrashed, grab it while you can.
