This is a very rare one of a kind thick heavy beautiful shiny like chrome metal stamper, it is a single sided 78 rpm mother master stamper for DECCA 24282. YOU DON'T HAVE TO KNOW THE LANGUAGE. featuring BING CROSBY with THE ANDREW SISTERS. stamped in trail off area is WL-4577T11A, The opposite side of this 10" is copper, the playing surface side is a deep brilliant chrome like silver, not only are these rarities attractive looking, but the sound quality is very nice, it can be played in the normal clockwise rotation. most stampers I've seen in the past are counterclockwise and cannot be played. My portable record player was able to handle the weight, but I did not want to play it to long, just long enough to find out it can be played. it is in the best condition, the playing surface has no defects, scratches, oxidation, mold, groove wear, etc.I just noticed a few tiny surface marks that do not affect play. Looks and sounds beautiful. if you search for the rarest, hardest to find original Bing Crosby, Andrew Sisters, etc records or love the beauty of these one of a kind discs consider this great find in this great CONDITION: NM - .
I WAS JUST INFORMED BY A KNOWLEDGEABLE COLLECTOR THAT THIS IS "NOT" A STAMPER, INSTEAD IT IS WHAT A STAMPER IS MADE FROM. IT IS THE VERY FIRST PROCESS IN THE PRESSING . THEY CALL THEM METAL "MOTHER" MASTERS.
