First LP by this Buffalo, NY group, very inspired by Coltrane and modal jazz, but with their own twist. Released with a generic "sunset" cover. A promo version also exists (this version!!!) They released one other ("Breath of Life"). Kerzdorfer was also on Jaman - "Sweet Heritage." Paul Gresham released a solo album on Freelance titled "Every Sound We Make" which was recorded live at the Friends of Great Black Music Loft in Boston (the only recording made in that space, to my knowledge).
So, there's good news, and there's bad news. The bad news is that the generic cover that the flier is taped to, has definitely seen better days!?!?!? There are a few scorch marks, from what I assume was a fire, as well as a few other stains.The good news is that there's another undamaged flier that comes inside the cover!!! Make your own NEW cover, if you should choose. The vinyl has some wear but plays wonderfully!!! Either way, a record this rare, is great to have in any condition!!! Thanks for checking my stuff out.
