Description

BLACK ACES OF SOUL
A: Let's Get On Down
B: Betrothal
[BLACK WORLD 1253, US]

RARE and massively in-demand 45 from Grand Rapids, Michigan. The funk edged "Let's Get On Down" has been a big spin on the northern soul scene during the past couple of years. Understandable, it's fantastic. Have a listen below! Hard-hitting stuff with group vocals.

Vinyl condition: VG+ (a-side) / G (b-side) (the "Let's Get On Down" side has got many very light hairlines but nothing deep and it plays GREAT, the "Betrothal" ballad side has also got light hairlines but also two deeper scratches that causes recurring clicks throughout the song, listen!)

SOUNDCLIP:

Double-click on the "play" button above to listen to SOUND CLIPS of both sides! If the player above doesn't work, click HERE to listen to the MP3.
