Description

black eyed peas ORIGINAL BOLLYWOOD SAMPLE 45 DON’T PHUNK

Click here to listen to a SOUND CLIP   This is the original Indian 45 that contains the song that the BLACK EYED PEAS covered for DON’T PHUNK WITH MY HEART. Listen to the sample & you will recognize the driving drum-tabla beat and the full refrain of the song.

The best thing is that this track is not only the basis for the Black Eyed Peas’ hit, but of one of the best BOLLYWOOD FUNK tracks around including a frantic SITAR that BEP forgot to pick up in their version!  Sung by queen of the Bollywood nightclub song Asha Boshle.

It is from a early 70s very obscure Bollywood 70’s film, only released on 45. ULTRA rare this 45 ,  this is the first time on ebay.

In my other auction you’ll find the LP with the BOLLYWOOD sample that opens the BEP track.

Record NM, plays with surface noise due to Indian pressing.

Please check out our other vinyl that contain original samples of Hip Hop tracks:

THURTH HURTS - Addictive

SERMON & REDMAN - React

BENTLEY RHYTHM ACE - Bentleys gonna sort you out. (Werner Muller)
