Goldmine Grading Scale M - Absolutely mint, still sealed
NM - Rarely used grade, beautiful copy with no marks, sleeve scuffs, or scratches
EX - Like new with very, very few signs of handling. May have a couple non-audible sleeve scuffs or superficial marks
VG+ - Well-kept record, will have a few inaudible scuffs / scratches
VG - Average copy, lots of light marks, wear will start to be noticeable, such as light scratches that are deep enough to be felt with a fingernail
VG- - VG- copies have similar characteristics as VG copies, they just have slightly more wear visually and heavier marks
G+/G - These still play through without skipping, but have lots of overall wear & marks that affect the sound quality. The range varies between G to G+ based on visual and audible wear.
F/P - Cracked, badly warped & won't play through without skipping or repeating. Records in this grade are typically only offered if they're extremely rare or significant
