GRADING

All items are VISUALLY graded using strict Goldmine standards unless otherwise noted in the item description – I’m a picky collector and thorough.  I will play grade a record upon request but, depending on time available, it may take some time to report back.  Comprehensive front, back, inner sleeve and label photos of all LP’s/45’s are provided as a courtesy for your visual assessment.  Additional photos are available upon request.

SHIPPING/PACKAGING

Buyer Pays Exact Shipping, I don’t overcharge. I will combine shipping 2 LPs or 2 45s for the price of 1. I typically ship orders within a few business days of receiving payment. My default shipping method is MEDIA MAIL with tracking provided through the USPS. Media mail offers the lowest shipping costs, is dependable, andreasonably quick. Using media mail results in great savings for the overall order, making the purchase of vinyl records via mail order much more affordable. I will combine shipping if desired. In addition, I am alwayswilling to accommodate buyers who wish to upgrade and pay for alternative shipping methods (i.e., Priority Mail, Insurance, etc.). If you would like any of these options, please send me a message **BEFORE** paying for your orderwith default Media Mail. I am happy to let you know how much these add-ons willcost.

I highly recommend the buyer insure purchased items,particularly those of more substantial value. If an order is lost or damaged bythe US Postal Service, I will do whatever I can to facilitate a refund orcompensation with the USPS, but if the package isn't insured, return ofproduct/refund may be problematic.

I pack all orders well, using mailers specifically designedfor shipping vinyl records to protect your purchase in transit. All records areseparated from the album covers or picture sleeves (where applicable) andadditional cardboard stiffeners are used to ensure safe delivery.
