Description
HERE is a great UK stereo pressing of Black Sabbath's brilliant third LP, Master of Reality, from 1971 on the highly sought after Vertigo spiral label.
The striking Vertigo spiral labels are in VG condition with no unwanted writing, no sticker residue and no tears, while close examination under light reveals only moderate traces of spindle marks, indicating little play over the years.
Both sides of the vinyl also look VG with plentiful light, wispy handling and sleeve withdrawal marks showing when examined under strong halogen light, and certainly no deep or feelable scratches.
The laminated 'box' sleeve is in strong VG condition too with the usual light creasing, flattening and laminate lift, plus a little light corner wear, although in truth this is an extremely fine example of this sleeve.
The correct custom inner sleeve, dated two months before this album appeared in the shops, is in excellent unsplit condition.
Another well cared for example of a Vertigo set - indeed, some say it's Sabbath's masterpiece, featuring some terrific tracks such as Sweet Leaf and Children of the Grave.
Thanks for looking and good luck if you are bidding.
PLEASE NOTE: I carefully pack vinyl with records removed from covers and also from custom inners where appropriate, such as here.
