FULLY PLAY GRADED VINYL - FROM START TO FINISH

PLAYGRADED: not simply glanced at with a superficial visual grading, fully played and graded throughout (listened to on headphones - the most revealing playgrade method, with no exterior audio distractions)

Plays much better than it looks! This is not the impossibly rare mint final upgrader sadly but a VERY worthy collection filler that is in VG condition. It has been well played during its 41 year life but it still plays very well despite this with only light background crackle in run ins and quiet sections and the occasional light pop or click, some light background hiss/crackle on quiet sections but not overlyintrusive. There is NO groove distortion and the loud sections sound great, lovely and loud, excellent stereo separation, very nice tone on all frequencies, even the quiet tracks play better than the vinyl would suggest. Surprisingly good playing copy, just not much of a looker! Has numerous very fine hairlines and a few light surface scratches on both sides that have surprisingly VERY LITTLE effect on playback, and I have played this through all the way (on headphones) to ensure there are NO repetitive clicks, NO loud pops, NO jumps and NO sticks. May possibly improve with a thorough clean on a professional cleaning machine which I sadly do not have access to.

OUTER SLEEVE:

Very good original Howards Printers laminated box sleeve with laminate lift to left front edge and some slight cracking. Some light creases around edges, but this is still a SQUARE sleeve, nearly all are flattened. This will be supplied with cardboard inserts to help bulk it out and I would recommend it be stored in the same way to prevent any future flattening. Overall edges are very good with some creases visible and some slight touching in of black on a couple of corners. Overall a reasonable sleeve (I've NEVER seen a totally mint one and don't believe there is one!)

LABELS:

Excellent, no graffiti, several spindle traces visible.

INNER SLEEVE/INSERT:

Poly lined printed swirl inner sleeve with no graffiti, no rips, no seam splits, but looks like a reproduction or maybe a misprint as it also has a "Plastic Bags Can Be Dangerous' box on one side, maybe it was a factory reject that slipped through the net...?
