1st US pressing with green center labels and embossed sleeve. On these labels, release is incorrectly titled "Masters Of Reality".
Track A2 appears as "After Forever (Including The Elegy)" on side A label, and is incorrectly credited to "Ioomi-Ward-Osbourne-Butler".
Though program content is the same as other US pressings, center labels show 5 tracks on side A, and 6 on side B.
All subsequent US pressings show 4 tracks per side. Most correct the album title, with "After Forever" as A2, credited to "Iommi".
Catalog number appears as "2652" on front cover, and as "BS 2652" on back cover and center labels.

This copy also include the original 4-panel colour poster, marked 'BS 2562 PRINTED IN U.S.A." in the lower right hand corner.
