Description
Hello and thanks for looking.
BLACK SABBATH.
PARONOID
1970 UK VERTIGO 1st PRESSING LP - 6360 011.
Strictly graded example of this rare 1st pressing. What some people are trying to sell this for nowadays is crazy! This is better than many worn out examples you will see. This is not a perfect example but it has also survived well for this LP!
The cover has the 1st issue Big Bear Management credit that is only found on 1st pressings.
Matrix numbers - 6360011 1Y//1 ---- 636011 2Y//1.
Cover - VG+ condition. A very presentable example with some storage/edge wear and a little creasing. The cover has some storage scuffs but has survived better than many I have seen. This cover can turn up very worn! The top of the spine (back side) has more edge wear.
Record - VG condition. The record plays well and has a nice original gloss. Under halogen light, the disc has some light surface wear and some light marks. Side 2 track 1 has a fine but slightly more heavy mark. The fine mark is not very bad and the disc plays well. The disc is graded a strong VG with a solid VG+ play grade. A nice 1st pressing to play with a little light surface sound on the quiet moments.
Labels - EX condition.
The Inner VG+ condition. Swirl inner cover with 09/70 date code. The record is now housed in a new polylined inner cover.
I use the UK grading system of Bad / Poor / Fair / Good / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
All items are carefully graded. An item graded as VG / Very Good on this site will not be of a poor standard. Please see my feedback. Thanks for looking.
