PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
CRAZY RARE Goldisc pressing from 1977 on Warner Brothers' palm tree label with Burbank address and Warner logo in the lower label rim text, NO stereo text anywhere on the labels and original Supergroup inner sleeve with detachable mail-in coupon!!! LP is VG with a small scuff on N.I.B. that can be lightly felt. Cover is VG/VG+ with a very small piece of thin transparent tape at the opening on top. THE most important and influential album in the entire history of metal, this was the shot heard 'round the world when unleashed on an unsuspecting public 55 years ago(!). One of a very small number of LPs to change the entire musical landscape of its time. I can confidently speak for millions of ten-year old kids when I say this LP scared the bejesus out of me when that first chord exploded out of the speakers, seemingly from the very bowels of hell, the lyrics only heightening my sense of dread until the unholy climax had me running for the closet to hide from what I had just heard. The number of lives this LP has changed is incalculable. No true fan of metal should EVER be without this album. Simply essential listening.

GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
