If you're here reading this then you already know what you're looking at...The holy grail of all Black Sabbath and Status Quo records, the rarest of the rare.
And this is NOT the bootleg that appears from time to time...this is 100% the real thing.  
Supposedly around the time the Sabbath LP "Masters of Reality" was released, Vertigo signed a new distribution deal in the UK.  There was a party to celebrate this new deal, and Vertigo made a special promo 45 to hand out to selected guests who went to this party.  According to a number of sources only 100 copies were made, and if you didn't go to that party, you didn't get a copy, only industry insiders even had a chance to get this.  
The single has Black Sabbath on one side, and Status Quo on the other.  In the dead wax the matrix number is STAMPED.  Not hand written like on the bootleg. 
This comes from the collection of a family member and has been owned by them virtually since new, it has been played very very little over the years. I have just played it today on my Pioneer PL12D turntable through a Yamaha CA610 amp and it sounds great with only some slight background crackling now and again. It does not jump, skip or get stuck anywhere on either side. To be honest I doubt it sounded or looked any better when it was new.

In terms of condition, I would class it as virtually perfect. the A side - no marks or scratches as far as i can make out. The B side - no marks or scratches as far as i can make out. Both sides still have a fantastic shine to them in keeping with the few times this has ever been played.
It comes in a plain white sleeve which is discoloured and worn, this is not the original sleeve but one from the same period i would imagine.
It can be shipped worldwide and will be carefully wrapped and will be full insured and tracked etc. Alternatively come and collect it and listen for yourself, I'm located between Bedford and Milton Keynes just 10 mins from M1 J13.
In the coming weeks I will be listing further rarities from Black Sabbath as well as Pink Floyd, The Who and others so keep checking my other items. My price may seem high to some people but I'm in no hurry to sell, but if you really want this make an offer and see...you may be lucky.
