** The COVER is STILL FACTORY SEALED and is in NEAR MINT to MINT- Condition.   There are NO CUT OUTS / NO PROMO PUNCHES, etc.  There is NO BAR CODE on the back of the cover.  This is a clean original 1976 Store Purchased record that has been stored upright & in a clean, smoke free/pet free environment since the day it was purchased.
