EX+ (lovely shiny copy with very little sign of play and no significant surface marks)
/ EX+ (gatefold sleeve in great condition with slight wear only - surfaces are flat & bright and show no major creases or wear; the edges are nice and sharp and inside the gatefold is NEAR MINT)
Fold-out insert is near perfect NEAR MINT
