Details: - This is the Rare `Thicker Vinyl` 1st 1972 UK Pressing on the `Vertigo Swirl` Label without `Made In England` text on the label (2nd issue had `made In England` printed between 1972 & 331/3 typeset) in `Beautiful Condition`, this is probably a factory reject due to the fact that it came without a sleeve and has some light unfeelable marks conducive with Vinyl Stacking, a great copy to replace an old damaged one if you have a nice sleeve, so hard to find UK `Swirls` in this condition !! Vinyl: (NM) Top `Thicker` Vinyl `Looks Unplayed` - under Bright Halogen Spotlights can see some very light scuffs(5 or 6 very light light lines, lying in the same direction) probably from record stacking - still a lovely copy!! Plays `As New` to my ears Labels: Clean labels - No visible spindle lines `Looks Unplayed` Post/Packing: UK - £5.50, Europe - £7.50, World £9.50I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover
Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
