VERTIGO SWIRL / SPIRAL LABEL 1972 EXPORT PRESSING WITH UNIQUE SINGLE SLEEVE, IN EXCELLENT PLAYING CONDITION.

Released in 1972 on the Vertigo Spiral / Swirl label, I have the pleasure of offering this rare export pressing of this classic fourth BLACK SABBATH album which was the last to be recorded on the Vertigo label before the band signed to WWA in 1973.  How often do you see one of these offered. These export pressings are very rare.

The album comes complete with its original single sleeve which is unique to the export edition and is in very presentable very good condition with no stickers or splits or unwanted writing etc but does show some shelf wear with age spotting and wear to the extremities.

I have just played this through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays through with great audio this is a very powerful album which plays well with absolutely no sticks or skips etc but there is some light crackle to be heard on the quiet tracks ie CHANGES, LAGUNA SUNRISE  and FX.

 

 

The VINYL, The Vinyl visually shows the odd light mark and audibly is in excellent condition. This has not been overplayed and is a lovely player. with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc. 

The SLEEVE, The matt single sleeve is clean with no stickers or unwanted writing etc but is showing some wear to the edges and spine along with some light age spotting.  

The LABELS, The labels are spotlessly clean, showing moderate spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.

The INNER, The original generic inner is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc.

 

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
