BLACK SABBATH: Vol 4 (WWA, WWA 009, 1973, LP). Booklet.
Completely daft, but when I was at school, this was the edition of the LP that everyone was after. No-one liked the NEMS issue (whch somehow seemed to make Black Sabbath LPs look like cheapies) and the swirl Vertigo one was basically considered a bit 'old'. The perceived wisdom was that the WWA versions were better pressings than the Vertigo ones, which is utter tosh because Phonogram pressed both versions! I still agree that these were much better than the awful NEMS editions, though.
Sleeve is VG, with attached booklet VG+, and record is EX. The record has markings from the poly-lined inner sleeve, but these do not effect play in any way and can be removed by cleaning, but I'll leave you to do that with the record cleaning product of your choice. Sorry, my camera is not coping well with photographing the WWA label. These photos are the best I can do until we get some sunlight! Labels do not have any writing, etc.
* * * * All records are likely to have light marks from taking in and out of sleeves; these are not mentioned unless heavier than usual. All records I expect to sell for £20 or more will be play tested (unless they are new), otherwise records are visually graded (unless the description indicates that the record has been play tested, e.g., "record plays at EX"). Please look at the photographs carefully because they can give a better idea of condition of sleeves than my descriptions. Apologies for reflections of me!
All records won up to a total value of £50.00 are sent by Royal Mail 'signed for' (currently £4.50* for LPs, £3.00* for 7" records/CDs/cassettes). If items are bid above £50.00 (or multiple items come to more than £50), the parcel will be sent as Royal Mail Special Delivery (currently £9.50* for all formats), so that all items are correctly insured against loss or damage in the post. If you win multiple items, please do not pay until I have invoiced with correct postage. (*These include packaging costs - overall, I make a loss on p&p.)
The more you buy, the more you save on postage - e.g., winning five single LPs still costs either £4.50 or £9.50, depending on total value. Note that if you win items in multiple formats, (e.g., an LP and a CD), these will have to be sent as separate parcels (though I can bundle up a 7" or two along with with an LP).

Where possible, packaging will be recycled but sturdy/secure.

Conditions with records tend to be subjective and I don't use 'Mint' even for new, still sealed records - all records come fresh from the pressing plant with some minor imperfection to sleeve, record, inner, etc. A record that has been played a few times and well looked after I describe as EX, whilst the majority of LP sleeves from played but well looked after records tend to be what I would call VG (which should mean exactly what it says, 'very good'). Judging by records bought on eBay over the last few years would suggest that my "Very Good" (and, often, my "Good") equates to many sellers' "Excellent".
All records/books/etc. are from my own collection, started in 1966, and most of it has been in storage for the last fifteen years or so. Lockdowns have caused a revisit and clear out. Why do I have multiple copies of records I haven't played since the early 1980s? There are about 15,000 more items to come from my rambling progressive rock, jazz fusion, folk, folk-rock, blues, 1950s stereo classical/easy listening, psychedelic, reggae, ambient, railway, field recordings, electronic and occasionally just plain 'out there' collection.
