Description
Overseas buyers please note I use the Ebay GSP to post items. I do not invoice you or have control of the overseas shipping costs! Ebay sets the overseas shipping costs and NOT me! Please do not bid if you do not want the above if you are located overseas.
UK buyers I can combine postage if you win more than 1 item.
Some more similar items are listed on auction tonight, please see my other items that I have for sale. Please read the above text if you are not in the UK!
I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Fair / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.
BLACK SABBATH.
VOL.4.
ORIGINAL 1972 VERTIGO SWIRL LP - 1st PRESSING - 6360 071.
The cover is in great condition for a change!
The record has 6360071 1Y//1 / 6360071 2Y//1 matrix numbers. The record also has Porky & Pecko in the dead wax. This is a 1st pressing.
The labels do not state made in England, this is also important for a true 1st pressing.
The Record / EX- / The record has a nice original gloss and plays very well. Under halogen bulb the disc has a couple of light marks. This is in nice shape for a 1st pressing and came from a well cared for private collection.
The Cover / EX- / This booklet cover is very hard to locate as good as this example. The cover has some light storage wear but has survived very well. Graded as EX- condition by my strict standards! Please see the photos above.
The Labels / EX condition. Both labels are in nice shape with some spindle marks only.
The Inner / VG+ / Original swirl inner cover. .................................................................................
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear. The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
Thanks for looking.
