LABEL / CAT # :   VERTIGO / VO 6 / 847 903 VTY COUNTRY / YEAR OF RELEASE:  UK / 1970
DESCRIPTION: Highly sought-after BLACK SABBATH debut released on the collectable  VERTIGO label. The birth of doom-laden stoner rock, with tough drums throughout!  (see attached images for more details) ...ORIGINAL UK *3RD PRESSING *As far as I can tell this matches details relating a 3RD press with the following: Label = position of BLACK
SABBATH + No 'Philips' under VERTIGO. Inside gatefold printed: Captials. 'Copyright subsists on all Vertigo' etc.
CONDITION: **Please Read Carefully BEFORE Placing Bid** Vinyl: A-Side (SWIRL) = low-ish VG+ (bright sheen. few light surface marks only, plays fine) Side-B (TITLES) = VG- (mostly fine, but there's some noticeable feeable circular groove wear in two places about 2/3rds into the side. Plays through unless you're using sensitive turntable. Be aware!)
In GATEFOLD picture sleeve: VG (light edge & ring wear + creased spine and bumped corners)
Complete with original printed SWIRL inner-sleeve (light creasing). see attached images
