Description
Released by Hy-Tone Records (101), a small Black-owned Los Angeles, CA label, this is a rarely seen orange vinyl 45 rpm record from the early 1960s. The Melody Kings, a Black male harmony group, perform "Take Your Burden To The Lord," an intense testimonial with active group participation, b/w "If You Have The Faith," a more upbeat cut. The shiny orange vinyl record test plays as VG+. The intact label has four "x" marks on Side One (see photo).
