BLIND BLAKE & TAMPA RED & CARL MARTIN "GUITAR WIZARDS" 1926-1935" mono promo lp on Yazoo L-1016 US issue (1960's) VG/VG. 

I would grade this LP VG. I will only auction VG condition LPs that are “classic recordings” or just very old, interesting and hard-to-find LPs. These records will probably have a healthy amount of play and visible scuffs or lines that do affect play. The record still plays through nicely; it’s just an obviously much appreciated  recording. THIS IS A VINTAGE COPY (pre-2000). ALL LPS COME TO YOU FRESHLY CLEANED AND PLAY READY. FOR MAXIMUM  RESULTS RE-CLEAN EACH SIDE  AFTER INITIAL PLAY (SOME OF MY LPS HAVE NOT BEEN PLAYED FOR 40 YRS. OR MORE). As evidenced by the spindle wear on this it has had some play. If you are going to buy a VG lp a 78 transcription Blues lp is a great choice. In a couple spots you can probably differentiate between the orig. 78 noise issues and the lots of play issues. But mostly you won't. This is one of Yazoo's first reissue lps and one of the best. I think it was also one of their biggest sellers. I don't know any good country blues guitarists who don't have Blind Blake in their top ten if not the top spot. Another great Yazoo release!!!!

 The Jacket: In black magic marker, my initials back upper left, an x back lower left. A very functional jacket. I would rate the cover VG overall with ring wear. Heavier corner and seam wear.  3" bottom seam split. Just fine overall.   (I only be citing things not visible in pictures)(I do not remove stickers unless they come off easily. I leave that for the buyer).
