Thin laminated sleeve is in very good shape overall with some light indenting from the record and a minor bend on the bottom left corner. Vinyl is visually VG++ with a few light hairlines and sleeve marks present on both sides. Plays with moderate surface noise (common for these pressings) but still sounds good overall.
