Description
ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING BY MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB OF BLOOD, SWEAT & TEARS' namesake album. This specialty album was produced using the first generation master tape source and was half-speed mastered, specially plated and pressed on 200 grams of high-definition vinyl. This particular LP is number 0316 of the MFSL Special Limited Edition("Anadisq 200"). This album was purchased new by me, professionally cleaned using a VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine and dedicated vinyl wash and vacuumed dry and de-static'd. I have played this album all of the way through twice on a VPI modified TNT turntable/Graham 2.2 tonearm/Clearaudio moving-coil cartridge; there is some surface noise between music tracks but all of the music plays very "cleanly". I also have this same album on a 2-LP 45 RPM Original Recordings Group(ORG) reissue and the MFSL offered herein compares very favorably. From my private collection. You can buy a Factory Sealed version of this album offered at $300-plus but you will not know how good it is until it is opened and played-back.
