Description
Quite rare Blue Cheer 1968 stereo LP, entitled "Outside Inside," which is a classic of US/Californian psychedelic blues/rock. On the Philips record label, this is the first pressing in the United Kingdom with the catalogue number SBL 7860. The outer album sleeve is in very good condition but showing wear and tear at the edges (see pics) and the inlay condition is very good although I did a repair on it at Uni. It is the original inner sleeve and original cover, and it was purchased by me in the early 1970s. Since when it's sat in my record collection, hardly ever played so the vinyl LP is in pristine condition.
Blue Cheer was an American rock band that initially performed and recorded in the late 1960s and broke up in the 1970s. Based in San Francisco, Blue Cheer played in a psycgedelic blues rock or acid rock style, and are also credited as being one of the earliest pioneers of heavy metal. For those of you around in the early 1970s "Blue Cheer" was also a form of microdot LSD!!
