Out of my extensive personal collection:  John Coltrane Blue Train  BLUE NOTE 1577 RVG EAR 47West63rd street DG (same adress on jacket backside)

This is a excellent preserved record with great mono sound.

John Coltrane is beautifully recorded on this ultra-rare Blue Note original release. The supporting cast is Lee Morgan, trumpet; Curtis Fuller, trombone; Paul Chambers, bass; "Philly" Joe Jones, drums; and Kenna Drew, piano.

This monophonic recording was issued on Blue Note BLP 1577 . This is a DEEP GROOVE pressing with a hand-scribed RVG and EAR in the deadwax area on both sides.

The tunesare: Side A 1. "Blue train", "Moment's notice"

Side B 1. "Locomotion", I'm old fashioned", "Lazy bird"

I play-graded this album NM. No marks, no scratches ,plays really fantastic.

The cover grades NM- to Vg+ because of a descretely taped jacket. .
