This is the original D’Oyly Carte release of PIRATES, conducted by Isidore Godfrey, the recording itself entirely supervised by Bridget D’Oyly Carte.
It is the very heavy platter ffss release, box firm and smart, with two split corners (nothing all that serious). Within, is the original enclosure describing the musical affair, and two platters, ffss UK pressings, in near-mint playing condition.
A classic that has never been surpassed.

Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $15 via airmail for the first LP, $3 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
