ITALIAN LIBRARY OST GRAIL
MEGA-RARE!

Original 1972 Edizioni FAMA label PROMO pressing, MUSICORAMA series, cat#. FM 5, Italy.

VERY RARE, almost impossibile to find Italian Library containing some outtakes from UN UOMO DALLA PELLE DURA OST session. An infamous jam from the 1970s Library-Soundtracks label FAMA srl specialized in music for films/radio/television. Side A features music by the historial Italian composer and singer-songwriter BRUNO LAUZI directed by Claudio Fabi; side B contains music from the TOUGH GUY Score originally released in the same year by I MARC 4 guitarist and composer CARLO PES. Amazing, Killer session got rich by stunning Alessandro Alessandroni & Giulia De Mutiis Scat vocals, Gino Marinacci's flute and I Marc 4 performing with Vincenzo Restuccia on percussions. Top of the top Dabada Scat and sophisticated Film Score music / Jazz-Funk & Psychedelia / tons of atmospheric percussions / Thrilling & threatening vibes with '70s Giallo Avantgarde touch / superb Jazz arrangements. MASTERPIECE!

Lovely album with loads of outstanding sounds. Our clip starts with "TOUGH GUY" theme which is an alternative take of UN UOMO DALLA PELLE DURA aka TOUGH GUY main theme with its mindmelting vibes and superb orchestra. The following is another outtake from that session like the entire B side, "DETROIT POWER" is stunning Marc 4 Jazz-Funk theme. "BABADABA" is a top notch Scat groover with the best Alessandroni & Giulia de Mutiis vocals you could imagine and a killer infectious rhythm with Alessandroni's outstanding guitar.  "HOW CAN YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE" it's another killer jam with acid Psychedelic guitar and dope Psychedelic Lounge music.  "DEATH FROM SPACE" scaring theme from TOUGH GUY Score with tense atmospheres and nervous sounds. "L'INCONTRO" mindmelting Gino Marinacci's flute and Antonello Vannucchi's organ with bewitching Jazz arrangements. More '70s-styled Giallo/Avant-garde and tension Score music on "THEY DOG IN THE NIGHT" and "KNIFE FOR ICE". A pure gem for Italian Library/Soundtrack collectors!
