Original 1975 EDIPAN label STEREOMONO pressing, cat#. MPS 3007, Italy.

Dark and scary Italian Library OST by maestro Bruno Nicolai partially used for the Soundtrack of "CALIGOLA" aka IO, CALIGOLA aka CALIGULA directed by Tinto Brass from 1979, still banned in some countries. Deep and great, intense screaming vibes that inspired various DJs and producers like Orgasmo Sonore. Threatening Eastern styled tunes, dark Esoteric and Erotic vibes for 70s Epic themed Giallo/Drama with spatial atmospheres. Bruno Nicolai master of Giallo and Thriller scores here provides some of the scariest tunes from his Library production. Tense and suspense cinematic sounds / Psychedelic Sitar and dark Eastern grooves / Harpsichord metallic and shimmering notes / Thrilling Mood music and Horror Fuzz distorsions / scary chorus and esoteric percussions. Some of the heaviest Giallo/Thriller Library jams!

Side A opens with the deep frightening vibes of "TEMPO SOSPESO" theme, sampled by Orgasmo Sonore: Fuzz explosing guitar groove and dark background chorus accompained by Harpsichord.  "OBLIO" follows with its Giallo-Suspense sounds and oblivion voices. "REAZIONE" is another great Psychedelic Fuzz sample with percussions and the threatening Harpsichord. Metallic Avant-garde Jazzy beats on "MISURAZIONE". Flute theme with Sitar on "MOVIMENTO".  On the other side we find the great Sitar groovy theme "EVENTI", 5-minutes of Eastern percussive beats, heavy bassline and esoteric vibes. Reminiscents of top notch Nicolai's stuff like SABBA and MARQUIS DE SADE sessions. "SPAZIALE" provides catching Erotic sounds with Exotic percussions. Scary Fuzz distortions on "SUPPLEMENTARE". Absolutely inspiring samples not to underrate!
