Description
This is the second Bo Diddley LP titled “Go Bo Diddley” on the Checker Records label catalog number 1436, in mono, released in 1959. This is a 1st pressing of the album and is a very nice copy.
All records that I have for sale are from my personal collection and were purchased new and played exclusively on a high end turntable. They are play tested prior to listing to guarantee an accurate description.
This 57 year old record was pressed on extra thick vinyl. It is in excellent condition with a very clean surface. The record sounds great with only typical stylus on vinyl sounds and occasional light clicking. Record labels are in excellent condition.
The outer jacket shows some barely visible wear on the front and edge wear on the right side of the bottom seam leading to a small 2 inch seam split at the opening which is repairable. Otherwise the jacket is solid all around (See pictures). The plain paper inner sleeve has seam splits and a small tear but is intact.
I will pack the record outside of the jacket to protect jacket integrity and ship in a sturdy LP mailer with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap for further protection.
Shipping to the USA will be via USPS Media Mail.
